This is a final version, perhaps slightly late for those who saw CelticBolt's original and thought that Airhead just died. Here we see the personal force field that keeps him alive. Airhead's fingers meet to produce a field of superelasticity that results in his organs being harmlessly pushed aside when the blade goes through. The forcefield seems to have its own sentience, for it reveals where in the world the assassin comes from.

I'm thrilled with this picture of Airhead. Having the tie caught on the blade, looking like blood spurting from his chest, is genius. And the gem-like quality of the trousers colouring is definitely a CelticBolt specialty. Air's expression is really cool too. I'd been making a glass globe just to learn about layers, and then it all came together.
